Product: SERVICE MANUAL for Rotel RA-1312 Stereo Integrated Amplifier. We believe that the Leak 3900a is an aka or derivative of the Rotel RA-1312. There does appear to be some slight differences, primarily that the Rotel has rack mount handles, and push buttons for speakers and function selectors as opposed to the Leak 3900a which has rotary controls. Other controls look the same. We do not guarantee that this manual is 100% correct for the Leak model. Please see images and you be the judge yourself. We have sold this manual before and have not had any complaints regarding incompatibility. We do not have or know if a Leak manual exists.
