    We are a free (for now) service. We are not affiliated with the respective sellers who list their items for sale. We merely allow free use of this forum for like minded individuals to trade vintage gear and as such, care should be exercised when dealing with people you do not know. Understand that you will be contacting and communicating with the respective sellers directly. AnalogAlley does not act as an intermediary in any transaction and can not take responsibility for any issues that may arise from the use of these classifieds. If you are unable to accept these terms, please do not use Analogalley Classifieds. As a general rule of caution, exercise your own due diligence and research prior to trading with unknown members. Most folks are members of eBay.com as well. You may request that they list a special auction just for you, that way you can make use of the middle-man protection provided for by eBay.com. Also, do not send cash or other payment that is not traceable. The best form of payment to use is paypal. If you are scammed, please notify us immediately that we may take action on the seller's account. That is the limitation of what we can do. You would need to pursue recourse against the seller directly. We suggest at the minimum, you notify the proper law enforcement authorities and if the sale involved the US Postal Service, also the US Postal Inspection Service for possible mail fraud.

    Do not sell service manuals, owner manuals, equipment brochures or other similar types of documentation, or any item that directly competes with the main business of Analogalley.com. If any such ads are found, they will be removed without notice.

    Do not spam or sell anything outside the scope of what the owner of Analogalley deems to be inappropriate for this forum. Such ads will be immediately removed and your account will be closed without notice. If you have anything unusual which you feel might raise a red flag, contact us first so we may discuss whether such items are appropriate for this site. Our decision will be final. My best suggestion to you is use common sense. If you think it "might" be inappropriate -- it probably is.

    Donations: At the current time, this is, and will remain a FREE service. However, there is significant time, effort and cost expense associated with creating, maintaining, and hosting the website. Donations are not required to buy and sell on this site. However, if you use the site regularly, and make a successful sale, please considerdonating some funds to help with the costs of running this website. Any help however small is deeply appreciated and will go a long way towards keeping this portion of the website running.
